Shift Leader

The Shift Leader is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the guidelines of the company. The Shift Leader is considered a “Manager In Training”.

Qualifications include: At least two years of experience in the quick service industry.
Interacting with guests, staff and management.


Opening and/or closing the restaurant according to Hungry Howie’s standards by supervising Team Member performance including setup, food preparation and cleaning. Ensuring Team Members follow all Company safety policies.

 

Insider

An insider is responsible for handling individual inside job responsibilities as instructed by the manager in charge. This includes, serving customers at the counter, answering phones, taking orders, and preparing pizza, wings, subs, salads and other food.  No experience is necessary, just a willingness to be responsible and work hard.  Training is provided.  Insiders are paid an hourly wage and hours are flexible, but availability on weekends and evenings are required.

 

Driver

A driver is responsible to deliver pizza and other food to customers.  They check orders to make sure orders are correct, complete, route, dispatch and deliver orders, and help with all inside duties, including phones, when no deliveries are present.  They are also responsible to help with general cleaning, washing dishes, as well as cleaning the floors nightly.  Must be 18 years of age. Base hourly wage plus great tips!

Drivers must have a reliable car in good working condition, have had a valid driver’s license for 2 years and meet the following criteria:

  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months.
  • No more than 1 “at fault” accident in the past 36 months.
  • MVR’s will be checked. Please bring yours if you have it.
